The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of MyRinggit's loan offerings.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and a passion for helping civil servants achieve their financial goals.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and attract new customers to MyRinggits loan products.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.Sales & Outreach:
Promote MyRinggits loan offerings through various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and online communications.Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners, highlighting the benefits of MyRinggits loan products.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to loan applications and other services.Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the financial services industry.Skills:- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly personal loans and Syariah-compliant financing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
