Your Day-to-Day:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing EasyParcel's services
  • Understand each customer's unique needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
  • Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Conduct regular business reviews to explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 years of Sales experience is a bonus (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)!
  • A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and hunger to succeed
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Driven, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team
