Job Description

IS IKHLAS SUCI (IKS) is a fast-growing energy solutions and digitalisation company helping commercial and industrial facilities cut energy costs, optimise building performance, and operate more sustainably across Malaysia and APAC.

Our focus areas:

  • Chiller optimisation and HVAC performance improvement
  • Energy Management Systems (EMS) with real-time dashboards and AI-driven analytics
  • Building Management System (BMS) integration and digitalisation
  • IoT and smart sensor deployment

We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident closer who can hit the ground running — someone with industry connections and a track record of turning conversations into contracts.

What you'll do

Drive revenue. Close deals in chiller optimisation, HVAC retrofits, and EMS/BMS solutions. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Engage clients. Leverage your network with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and contractors. Lead site visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations.

Position solutions. Partner with our engineering team to build commercially viable proposals. Clearly communicate ROI, energy savings, and payback periods.

Build pipeline. Pursue RFQs, tenders, and direct sales across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data centre sectors. Develop partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and BMS/IoT/AI solution providers.

What we're looking for

  • 3–8 years in HVAC, energy solutions, or facilities-related sales
  • Proven ability to independently close deals
  • Hands-on experience selling chiller systems, HVAC retrofits, or EMS/BMS solutions
  • Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
  • Solid understanding of HVAC systems and ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bonus points for

  • An existing network of property developers, consultants, or facility managers
  • Experience with ESCO/EPC models
  • Familiarity with GBI / LEED or ESG-driven projects
