We're looking for a commercially sharp, technically confident closer who can hit the ground running — someone with industry connections and a track record of turning conversations into contracts.
What you'll do
Drive revenue. Close deals in chiller optimisation, HVAC retrofits, and EMS/BMS solutions. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation, and close.
Engage clients. Leverage your network with building owners, facility managers, consultants, and contractors. Lead site visits, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
Position solutions. Partner with our engineering team to build commercially viable proposals. Clearly communicate ROI, energy savings, and payback periods.
Build pipeline. Pursue RFQs, tenders, and direct sales across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and data centre sectors. Develop partnerships with OEMs, system integrators, and BMS/IoT/AI solution providers.
