Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partnerships, or business development, particularly within the fintech, forex, or cryptocurrency sectors.

You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities in the Indonesian fintech ecosystem.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the fintech and social media industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as fintech companies, influencers, content creators, and advertising partners.
  • Develop strategies to increase platform adoption and engagement among target users.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align business development activities with overall company goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the company and network.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report regularly to management.
  • Tap core users, KOC/KOL, and carry out long-term relationship maintenance, responsible for establishing effective communication and feedback mechanisms between players and the community, able to refine constructive opinions from various forms of player interaction, and promote product tuning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in the fintech, forex, or cryptocurrency industries.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian financial market and fintech landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Understanding Mandarin is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or remotely.
  • Existing network in fintech, forex brokers, or crypto exchanges is a strong advantage.
