Business Development Executive, International Marketing (Malaysia Based)

What You Will Do

• Introduce and promote Paiza Club facilities, premium programs and benefits to potential patrons
• Develop, build and maintain rapport with patrons to ensure loyalty and increased visitation via personal sales calls, telemarketing
• Call to greet customers during festive season and personal celebrations (Birthdays, anniversary etc.)
• Organize and supervise patrons travel and accommodation arrangements
• Travel as required, with prior approval, with patrons to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Sands China Ltd. (SCL) during major events, weekends and holidays
• Other duties as assigned

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree or above preferably in business development, marketing, hospitality or related disciplines
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably gained in sales, business development, relationship marketing, hospitality or related fields
• Equipped with good IT skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
• Highly motivated, sales driven, be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• MUST be fluent in Malay, Mandarin or Cantonese, and English with other Asia dialects preferred
• Willing to do business travel when required
• You will be based in Penang, Malaysia for this role
