About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong passion for B2B sales in the IT software industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving growth through consultative software solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients across various industries
  • Identify key decision-makers and establish strong professional relationships with corporate clients
  • Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and product presentations to generate qualified leads
  • Understand clients business challenges and propose suitable software solutions that meet their needs
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to craft proposals and deliver tailored presentations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in software, SaaS, or IT solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Fluent in English
