Job Description

Responsibilities

. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives.

. Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.

. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business solutions to clients.

. Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

. Participate in networking events, meetings, and business development activities as required.

. Monitor market developments and competitor activities to support business strategies.

. Prepare periodic reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

. Experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.

. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

. Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

. Proficiency in using computer applications for reporting and communication.

. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

. Willingness to travel for business meetings and client engagements when required
