Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and resourceful Business Development Executive / Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and strategic planning to support business expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

-Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

-Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

-Develop and present proposals and business plans tailored to client needs.

Client Relationship Management

-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

-Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure excellent post-sales service and client satisfaction.

-Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Strategic Planning & Execution

-Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

-Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

-Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to support campaigns and deliver client value.

Reporting & Documentation

-Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities.

-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

-Executive: 13 years of relevant experience.

-Manager: 46 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.

-Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

-Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Additional Advantages (Optional)

-Experience in furniture industry.

-Familiarity with B2B/B2C sales strategies.
