Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and independent Business Development professional who can manage the full sales cycle end-to-end as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate is proactive in generating new business opportunities, confident in engaging decision-makers, and capable of closing deals independently.
Responsibilities
- Independently source and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare proposals, follow-ups, and commercial discussions
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
- Identify market opportunities and competitive positioning
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity tracking
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle independently
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
