Your Role in VT Markets
As a Business Development Executive, you will report to the Business Development Team Lead within our Sales team (GCN Team) and be based in Malaysia with a primary focus onthe Greater China market (GCN). You will collaborate closely with the GCN Marketing team to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. Your critical impact will be expanding VT Markets&apos presence in the GCN while providing outstanding support that builds long-term client relationships and drives revenue growth through superior customer experience and relationship management.
Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share in the great China market (GCN)
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving issues via live chat, email, and phone promptly with professional Mandarin communication
  • Address client queries and provide comprehensive information about trading platforms, services, and market opportunities
  • Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with our Forex products, market trends, and industry developments. Articulate the benefits of our services to clients
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional results
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our research, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities
  • Maintain accurate client records and provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights

What Makes You a Great Fit
Job Experience & Education
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer service, preferably in financial services or fintech industry
  • Proven track record of building client relationships and achieving business development targets
Technical and Functional Skills
  • Native or fluent Mandarin and English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms; FX knowledge is highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms
Soft Skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across cultures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
Other Requirements
  • This position offers a work sponsorship visa in Malaysia
  • Willingness to participate in occasional offline campaigns, client meetings, or regional team collaboration
