Job Description

  • Discover and cultivate new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Respond to requests for proposals, including the review of locations, sites, and surrounding areas.
  • Prepare and review target lists of sites and submit proposals.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular market surveys and formulate strategic marketing plans.
  • Conduct in-depth marketing analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients to secure favorable terms.
  • Apply basic technical knowledge as needed to support business development activities.
  • Review survey materials to develop comprehensive marketing plans.

Qualifications & experience

  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Capable of marketing the company to Joint Management Bodies (JMB), Management Corporations (MC), and other potential customers.
  • Must have own transportation.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create effective slides.
