They are looking for a tech-savvy, communicative individual to drive their front-end lead generation and technical sales conversion pipeline.

Requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Lead Inbound Engagement: Promptly qualify and engage with incoming corporate sales leads and prospective B2B clients via emails, digital inquiries, or face-to-face discovery meetings.

  • Technical Need Assessment: Actively consult with prospects to diagnose their unique application challenges, project needs, and strict technical system requirements.

  • Solution Recommendation: Propose and align appropriate product portfolios or suggest customized hardware/software engineering solutions based on customer specifications.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with internal R&D, engineering, and factory production teams to ensure customer requests are technically feasible and aligned with capacity.

  • Commercial Documentation: Draft and present comprehensive product proposals, technical specifications sheets, and commercial price quotations.

  • Project Progression: Diligently follow up on early-stage leads and ongoing design-in projects to guide them seamlessly toward mass production or long-term supply collaborations.

  • Customer Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, supporting them through initial trial evaluations and product sampling phases.

Job Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical/commercial field.

  • Core Competencies: A foundational technical background or a strong aptitude for grasping electronic/wireless technical concepts is highly advantageous.

  • Attributes: Possess crisp, clear verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric, problem-solving mindset. Excellent organizational ability to track multiple project stages simultaneously.
