As a Business Development Executive, youll be at the forefront of our growth, playing a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding our reach.

Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increased business.
- Identify potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer organization.
Research and build relationships with new customers.- Update lead status and all prospect interactions in the CRM application daily
Set up meetings between customer decision makers and Principals.
- Work with Sales team to develop proposals that speaks to the customer's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Assist the sales team by providing relevant reports for renewal business.
- Present new product/services and enhance existing relationships.
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to resolve issues faced by customers.
At least 2 years sales and/or lead qualification experience.- Experience with lead qualification at all organizational levels managers, directors, VPs, and executives.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.
- Adaptable, flexible, and accepting of change, often tossing out ideas and starting anew
Thrives in a team environment- Proficient with CRM and sales tools

Pay: RM36,- 00 - RM60,000.00 per year
Experience: - Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Sales Support/ Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred)
