Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (Sales) with more than 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

Professional Selling: To sell to Corporate Companies training programs and consulting services for working adults.

Job Description

  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
  • Generate leads and reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Approach prospective customers, win new clients, and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products (training) and services
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Create and deliver product presentations to mid- and senior-level management.
  • Lead the development of business proposals for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Southeast Asia market through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and maximize sales efforts.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-11 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in data analysis and market research to inform business strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional Southeast Asian languages is a plus.

Qualification Diploma/ Degree
