Role Description
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding Savino Del Bene's customer base and strengthening our presence in the Northern Region. Your responsibilities include:
Identifying new business opportunities and developing new customer accounts
Managing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Understanding customer logistics needs and providing suitable freight solutions
Preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling
Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conducting market research and competitor analysis
This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about the logistics and supply chain industry.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided
Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits
Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin or Malay is an added advantage
Internship Opportunities
We also welcome interns who are interested in exploring logistics, international trade, or supply chain careers. Interns will receive hands-on exposure in sales support, customer service, and operations. High-performing interns may be offered full-time positions upon completion.
