Business Development Executive

We specialize inUI/UX design, digital platforms, dashboards, enterprise solutions and compliance-driven systems.

As our Business Development Executive, you are expected to understand these services, translate them into compelling value for clients and open new opportunities across sectors such as plantations, energy, telco, insurance and government-linked companies.

We are looking for someone who canbridge business goals with digital possibilities, a strategic thinker who can identify client pain points, propose the right mix of design and tech solutions and position Seetru Studio as a trusted long-term partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while promoting business expansion with existing clients.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Lead the development of business proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of all agency offerings.
• Stay informed on industry and cultural trends; maintain curiosity about emerging developments.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the agency&aposs growth.

Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelors Degree, or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, Digital Media, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of Business Development experience.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, lead teams, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to meet targets and a drive for success.
• Willingness to travel.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
