Position: Business Development (Executive / Senior Executive)

Scope of Works:
- Engaging clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing opportunities into sales. This is done through client relationships, networking, cold calls, sales emails, marketing campaigns and other business development initiatives.
- Implementing plans & actions to capture business market and goals as per assigned by company.
- Organizing pre-sales presentation, facilitating technical Q&A, and after-sales support services in capacity as designated account owner.
- Delivering solution & service proposals that best meet the clients needs in terms of quality, price and delivery timeline.
- Registering ELSA as vendor to all potential clients and establishing business contracts wherever possible.
- Getting insights and inputs on tender activities including market insights, intelligence and strategy.
- Analyzing tender requirements and supporting proposal team in preparing competitive proposal offers.
- Working closely with internal operation team and principal partners to meet requirements of clients pre and post contract award.
- Maximizing business with existing contracts. Maintaining strong relationships with clients to build and expand business long term.
- Participating in company marketing initiatives such as producing articles, social media marketing posts, email blast campaigns, attending or creating networking events and producing webinar campaigns.
- Assisting in various department's initiatives including principals & technology database, market research, branding, SOP, technology adoption, HSE adherence among others.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- 1 to 6 years in business development and strategic account management.
- Any degree or diploma with experience in similar roles in sales management, business development, and team management.
- Experiences and network in the ICT industry is an added advantage and of preference.
- Persistency and proven ability in generating leads, sales, business and strategies.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
- Client focused along with strong and effective relationship building skills.
