Job Description

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Boost Connect's payment service portfolio.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with merchants, corporates, and financial partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, regulators, and payment networks.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Work closely with the product team to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by driving adoption and transaction volumes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments in the payments space.
  • Represent Boost Connect at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within fintech or payment services.
  • Strong network within the financial services, merchants, or digital ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of payment trends and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently, with strong execution and an entrepreneurial mindset.
