Business Development Executive (SS13, Subang Jaya)

• Design Engineering & Consultancy Services, Water Filtration manufacturer ,
• 5 Working days / Week job
• Basic Salary RM3500 - M4500
• Allowance & Commission provided (Gross pay up to RM8000/month)

Job Responsibilities :

• To perform business development activities by engaging new clients and present attractive sales process.
• Working along with team members to identify business development opportunities.
• Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing market
• Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients
• Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
• Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
• To perform outbound campaigns includes phone calls, emails, etc in order to create sales opportunities
• Maintaining client activities in CRM
• Developing and presenting proposals customized for each clients specific business needs
• Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
• Developing rapport with key decision makers
• Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
• Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
• Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings

Job Requirement :

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree / Professional Degree in any discipline.
• Good in communication skill.
• Must possess own vehicle and willing travel.
• Requires sales experience (Welcome sales experience from any industry).
• B2B business development / sales experience will be a plus.
• Computer literate - Ms Office
• Good working attitude
