Job Description:
- Bid Documentation: Prepare and organize all necessary bid documents, including proposals, contracts, RFIs (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposal), and RFQs (Request for Quotation).
- Coordination: Collaborate with various departments within the organization, such as sales, finance, and project management, to gather necessary information and ensure bid requirements are met.
- Deadline Management: Track bid submission deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
- Editing and Proofreading: Review bid documents for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism in terms of grammar, content, and formatting.
- Bid Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of bids and proposals, providing input on pricing and technical aspects.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized bid document repository and update it with the latest information and templates.
- Compliance: Ensure that all bid submissions adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies.
- Communication: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, such as subcontractors and clients, as needed during the bidding process.
- Perform post occupancy services (after project handover) such as grand opening gift arrangement, photoshoot.
- Assist with newsletter content and manage design awards participation.
- Vendor account /procurement portal onboarding and upkeeping.
