Job Scope
- Develop strategic business plans for the oil segment, including setting marketing KPIs and objectives.
- Analyse costs and market conditions to review and adjust product pricing structures.
- Expand market share by exploring and penetrating various customer channels within the oil segment.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage shipping processes, export documentation, and related administrative procedures.
- Conduct market surveys, assess new product concepts, and identify potential products to meet market demands.
- Provide recommendations to address market challenges and support business growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients from China.
- Solid marketing knowledge with strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills.
- Possess own transport (preferable have own car).
- Willing to travel interstate when required.
