Job Description:

Guide Sellers through a carefully designed onboarding program focused on proven strategies to succeed on Shopee
Identify high potential and strategic Sellers to grow
Support and educate Sellers on best operational and marketing practices
Identify products under assigned categories to drive various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
Analyse data, reports and trends within the business development team

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in any field experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary)
Strong interpersonal skills
Innovative problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to better support and effectively communicate with all Shopee Sellers
Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth
Open to flexible arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
