Assist in merchant self-registration tasks, including educating merchants on system requirements and guiding them through the onboarding process
Review and verify merchant documents to ensure compliance with ShopeeFood's guidelines
Monitor social media communications with merchants and promptly respond to their queries
Collaborate with Merchant Ops to identify duplicate submissions, enhance submission quality, and minimize rejection rates
Support lead generation for the self-registration channel through marketing initiatives and social media engagement
Analyzing data and patterns to provide insights to improve the merchant onboarding experience
Participate in marketing and engagement initiatives, such as pitching ShopeeFood's Welcome Package and assisting in promotional campaigns to attract new merchants
Campaign Ideation: Work together with the BD team to brainstorm and propose creative campaign ideas that can attract new merchants to join ShopeeFood (e.g. referral challenges, onboarding contests, or social media engagement campaigns)
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Malay and Chinese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision, meticulous and careful in verifying merchant documents and processing information
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in handling online queries
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling merchant inquiries
