Job Description

  • To service and expand new & existing sales accounts by providing good support & services.
  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • To establish sales strategy with team members and manager based on previous requirements & future market trends.
  • Always strive towards meeting sales quota
  • To liaise with inter-department on delivery schedule and stock position to ensure on time delivery.
  • To work together with inter-department on customer complaints and follow up to ensure the complaint will be solved at the satisfactory level of customer.
  • Search for New Customer
  • Prepare daily activities report
  • Monitor customer payment & prepare collection budget monthly.
  • Prepare and follow up customer quotation.
  • Attend Weekly sales meeting
  • Monitoring stock level by balance sheet to propose ordering raw mat.
  • To share any market information with management.
  • Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least 2-5 years of sales experience in any field
  • Executive or Senior Executive level in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Japanese, English
  • Positive working attitude and able to interact with all levels of staffs
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated and responsible.
  • Able to travel to Beranang office once a week.
