Job Description
- Own the full strategy, P&L, and daytoday performance for the assigned product category.
- Develop and execute growth plans, including assortment expansion, pricing, promotions, and market competitiveness.
- Build and manage partnerships with strategic brands, suppliers, and merchants; lead negotiations and Joint Business Plans.
- Analyse market trends and consumer insights to refine category strategy and maintain competitive positioning.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to deliver improvements in GMV, margins, traffic, and conversion.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of key account managers to execute category goals.
The Successful Applicant
- Holds a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in category management, business development, consulting, or ecommerce.
- Demonstrates strong analytical ability, commercial acumen, and a track record of delivering growth within their category.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, negotiation, team leadership, and working in highgrowth or fastpaced environments.
- Highly structured, datadriven, and capable of translating insights into actionable strategies.
