Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented intern to support the Business Development team in administrative coordination, tenant communication and documentation management. The intern will assist with routine daily tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Documentation Support

  • Prepare simple letters, notices and standard communication templates for review.
  • Draft and issue routine correspondence to tenants and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and organise department filing (softcopy and hardcopy).
  • Update trackers and maintain proper record keeping.

Tenant Coordination

  • Follow up with tenants on document submissions and outstanding information.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments when required.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and update action trackers.

Leasing Administration

  • Assist in preparation of supporting documents for tenancy-related matters.
  • Track document status and follow up on approvals.
  • Support contract administration and documentation processes.

General Support

  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by the department.
  • Support preparation of simple presentation materials where required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree student in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.00 / 4.00.
  • Available for internship placement of minimum 6 months.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple routine tasks.
