Job Description:
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities across existing and new clients
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling, working closely with client-facing teams
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships, with a focus on revenue growth and client retention
- Analyse market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, pricing strategy, negotiation, and deal closure
- Evaluate commercial viability of opportunities, including financial impact and strategic alignment
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of governance, corporate secretarial, and professional services offerings
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular pipeline and forecasting updates
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role (Assistant Manager / Manager level or equivalent)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience within governance, corporate secretarial, or professional services environment is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the Company Secretarial function will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
