**Need 1-2 client with immediate can start with**

Must-have

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or related field
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
  • Recruitment services or staffing
  • HRTech platforms
  • SaaS or technology solutions
  • IT services or digital solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B solution selling (technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions)
  • Ability to generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline through outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry engagement
  • Strong consultative selling skills, able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology or AI solutions
  • Experience managing a structured sales process from lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholder

Nice-to-have

  • Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven solutions
  • Experience selling corporate training or consulting services
