We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - AI Solutions to drive the adoption of Generative AI and automation technologies, helping organizations enhance their hiring processes, productivity, and operational efficiency through consultative solution selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through consultative solution selling.
  • Engage with SMEs and enterprises to demonstrate the value of AI-driven recruitment and productivity solutions.
  • Generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline through outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry engagement.
  • Manage a structured sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets in B2B solution selling.
  • Engage senior business stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Requirements


Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or related field.
  • Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens, PR, or RP holders with a valid work visa. Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in recruitment services, HRTech platforms, or IT services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B solution selling.
  • Ability to generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline through outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry engagement.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology or AI solutions.
  • Experience managing a structured sales process from lead generation, negotiation, to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders.

Nice-to-have:


  • Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven solutions.
  • Experience selling corporate training or consulting services.
