Job Description
What you can expect
  • Drive business development and secure sales opportunities in Air Freight services.
  • Identify and develop potential customers, market verticals, and growth-oriented industry segments.
  • Acquire new clients and achieve agreed annual sales targets.
  • Build and expand international trade lanes in collaboration with Rhenus offices and global partners.
  • Manage sales activities including client visits, pipeline development, and reporting via CRM tools.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Foster strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business partnerships.

What you bring
  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / STPM / A-Levels / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with strong exposure to Air Freight.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development in the Malaysian market.
  • Proficient in English and local languages, with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Skilled in using CRM tools for sales management, reporting, and pipeline tracking.
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with a positive, professional, and result-driven attitude.
