KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acquiring clients from target vertical to sell key services that is in line to the company's expansion plan
- Establishing meaningful, long term rapport with key clients for sustainable business growth
- Identifying gaps & opportunities in the market while having the agility to capitalize on them
- Having a profound understanding of clients hurdles in their supply chain cycle to utilize the company's array of logistical solutions
- Develop and maintain strong working relationship & business partnering with local/regional divisional internal stakeholders, strategic suppliers and external partnerships
- Being accountable for timely and accurate reporting of target accounts, opportunities and sales calls

- Meet or exceed agreed sales goals
- Follow KPI's set by organization (Pipeline Planning & Meetings)

- Identifying trends, market activities and competitors
- Defining the market, GW's and the competitor's strengths and weaknesses.
- Identifying the ideal customer and how they relate to our products
- Execute a strategic sales plan that increases both volume and profitability
Product oriented
- Identify product improvements or new products
- Remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Promoting the organization and products to accomplish marketing and organization mission
Service oriented
- Share with customer service team on feedback from the customers to improve service quality.
- Support the customer service and operations manager with claim management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant fields) with a minimum 5 years of commercial experience with ample knowledge of supply chain logistics and freight forwarding industry
- Demonstrate excellence & expertise in local logistics/exports/import market & has a strong existing customer database
- Excellent command of English, communication & presentation skills
- Deep analytical skills and understanding of operational processes
- Prior experience in supply chain division of MNC or 3PLs
- Ability to work under pressure and navigate through complex situations
