Drive market expansion by building strategic partnerships, distribution networks, and long-term business relationships.
Develop and execute business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and unmet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and strategic partners.
Lead commercial discussions, including negotiations, partnership agreements, and deal structuring.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
Identify opportunities for new product applications, market segments, and revenue streams.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.
Support revenue growth through opportunity conversion, while focusing on long-term value creation rather than transactional sales.
Prepare business development reports, pipeline updates, and market insights for management review.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant laboratory experience (fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions).
Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques, analytical instruments, and quality standards.
Hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, AAS, Spectrophotometer, or PCR is an added advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the relevant industry is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Good organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant laboratory software (where applicable).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
