Your Role:

Business Strategy & Growth

* Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and market expansion

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions

Sales Leadership & Performance Management

* Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales targets

* Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance and sales pipeline

* Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members

Client & Partnership Management

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

* Lead negotiations for major deals, contracts, and collaborations

* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

* Monitor industry developments and identify emerging opportunities

* Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management

* Contribute to the development of new services, products, or market initiatives

Cross-Department Collaboration

* Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams

* Align business development strategies with company goals

* Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry activities

Qualifications:

* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

* 46 years of experience in business development, sales, or similar roles

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth

* Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills

* Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
