Role: Business Development manager
Location: Kota Damansara - Onsite.
Fulltime Role.
Salary Range: RM 7000 with flexibility to consider higher expectations for strong candidates
Job Overview :
Canvassing and bring in local and overseas customers/ agents.
Following up on their enquiries and arrangement of shipments.
Liaising between our internal office team and customers/ agents.
Responsibilities
· Plan, execute and achieve sales target.
· Responsible for sales revenue and expanding new account base.
· To attend to customers feedback/ complaints, and follow up with after sales service.
· To act as the customers main point of contact by liaising closely with the relevant
· departments to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
· Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting.
· To build & maintain good customer relations by consistently communicating and following up
· with after sales service
· Develop new business opportunity with new clients
· To follow up with customers on payment collection
· Aggressive, customer-focused & result-oriented with good clientele base
· Proactive, self-motivated, highly independent as well as a good team player
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation & time management skills
· To carry out any additional work-related duties as per BDD's instruction.
Requirements
· Min Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Logistics or its equivalent
· Min 1 year experience in Sea / Air / Project Freight Forwarding
· Able to secure new account/customers through cold-callings & other contacts
· Possess good spoken and written English skills with the ability to communicate with
· Chinese/Mandarin speaking clients & working associates
