Why Join Us:

At BIT, we tackle complex problems as a team. We encourage openness and promote transparency, respect, and inclusivity. Every team member is valued and has a voice that can be heard. We are always in search of intellectually curious and entrepreneurial individuals who are keen on making an impact in the crypto ecosystem and in building a better product for the next one billion users.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and strategic partnerships for US stock products, with a strong focus on key business outcomes including account opening, funding, and trading conversion.
  • Leverage existing industry resources to identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with financial platforms, investment apps, content providers, advisors/KOLs, trading communities, or other partners with high-quality investor traffic.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including partner outreach, commercial negotiation, partnership model design (e.g. revenue sharing, referral or commission structures), and joint go-to-market execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, compliance, and risk to ensure smooth integration across account opening, KYC, funding, and trading workflows, while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using business metrics such as account openings, funding rate, trading activity, and partner ROI, and continuously optimize partnership structures and resource allocation.
  • Stay informed on online brokerage and US stock market trends, and proactively explore new partnership models and business opportunities based on market dynamics and resource advantages.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; background in finance, business, marketing, or internet-related fields is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development within online brokerages, fintech companies, trading platforms, or related industries, with verifiable partnership success cases.
  • Possession of mature, reusable industry resources, such as financial platforms, content channels, advisors/KOLs, investment communities, or institutional partners, and the ability to activate them independently.
  • Solid understanding of US stock products and online brokerage business models, including account opening, compliance, funding, and trading conversion logic.
  • Strong commercial communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to independently drive partnerships from initial discussion through execution and scaling.
  • Highly results-oriented, with the ability to assess partnership value based on actual business outcomes, not just signed agreements.
  • Basic English communication skills sufficient for cross-border or international partnership scenarios.

Preferred:

  • Immediately deployable partner resources, with the ability to clearly explain partnership formats and expected business impact during interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with US stocks, ETFs, or other traded assets, with a strong understanding of investor decision-making behavior.
  • Background at leading online brokerages, fintech companies, or cross-border financial platforms in a core BD role.
  • Experience in international markets or cross-border business development.
