The company has built a strong brand presence in Malaysia and continues to expand its regional footprint through strategic partnerships, including collaborations in Singapore and Thailand.

About the Role

We are hiring a high-impact individual contributor to drive business development across Malaysia and selected APAC markets. This is a pure hunter role, focused on acquiring new enterprise clients and building a strong pipeline, particularly within HR leadership and CHRO communities. This role offers the opportunity to build a market, own revenue, and evolve into a leadership position as the regional business scales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition across Malaysia (primary), Thailand, and Singapore
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, targeting CHROs and HR leadership teams
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, solutioning, pitching, negotiation, and closure
  • Leverage existing partnerships:
  • Thailand (local JV partner)
  • Singapore (NTUC LearningHub white-labelled solution)
  • Achieve and exceed Annual Contract Value (ACV)-based revenue targets
  • Develop strategic account plans and expand footprint within key clients
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and regional engagements
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to refine product positioning and GTM strategy

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in B2B HR Tech sales
  • Proven track record in hunting and closing enterprise deals
  • Strong experience selling into CHRO / HR leadership stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with full ownership of revenue
  • Exposure to multi-country sales environments within Southeast Asia is preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build markets from scratch

Required Skills

A self-starter who can work independently and deliver quick results. An Aggressive Hunter and Leader with good experience in HR Technology Sales.

Other information

Regional travel expected, primarily to Thailand and Singapore.
