Job Responsibilities
Channel Development: Research industry trends, identify project cooperation opportunities, develop customer acquisition plans, and achieve monthly/quarterly signing targets.
Business Negotiation: Connect with decision-makers of cooperative parties, conduct in-depth communication on needs, draft cooperation proposals (resource exchange / joint activities / channel entry, etc.), and independently complete negotiations and agreement signing.
Project Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Product, and Legal, promote the launch and execution of cooperative projects, and resolve issues such as resource gaps and process bottlenecks during cooperation.
Client Relationship Maintenance: Regularly follow up with existing cooperative partners, review cooperation data, explore opportunities for secondary cooperation and long-term binding, and enhance cooperation stickiness and revenue contribution.
Market Research: Collect information on competitors cooperation strategies, industry policies, and channel prices, output market analysis reports, and provide references for the company's strategic adjustments.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above majors in Marketing, Business Management, International Trade are preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, channel cooperation, or cross-industry alliances candidates with industry resources are preferred outstanding fresh graduates may be considered.
Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient negotiation skills, and ability to efficiently promote cooperation implementation.
Sharp market insight and customer acquisition awareness, strong goal orientation, and outstanding pressure resistance.
Proficient in PPT and Excel, able to independently draft cooperation proposals and data reports.
Good at cross-departmental collaboration, with strong team spirit and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to accept long-term business trips no bad employment records.
