Develop and manage strong commercial relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders, implementing a strategic account management approach to drive long-term partnerships.
Identify and initiate discussions on residential inverter and energy storage project opportunities with channel partners; coordinate closely with internal teams (technical, product, product, supply chain) to deliver competitive solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contractual terms, and channel policies, and successfully close business deals with distributors and strategic partners.
Monitor and analyse market trends, customer requirements, channel performance, and competitive landscape in the residential photovoltaic and energy storage market; provide structured reports and recommendations to management.
Support channel partners through product training, technical seminars, sales enablement sessions, and marketing activities to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and channel programs for residential inverter and storage solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or business development, with a proven track record in developing distributors/agents and closing new business.
Prior experience in renewable energy, solar PV, residential energy storage, PV inverters, or related power electronics industries is strongly preferred.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to quickly understand technical concepts and value propositions of residential solar and energy storage solutions.
Demonstrated ability to identify new channel opportunities, manage partner relationships, and provide solution-based sales support.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
