Must-have:
• Minimum 10 years of consultative selling and business development experience in cloud solutions and services.
• Proven success selling Microsoft Azure cloud solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing and partner-facing roles within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Partner programmes, incentives, rebates, benefits, and entitlements.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models, including EA and CSP.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving cloud sales targets.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior C-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading customer-centric business development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud infrastructure and large-scale transformation projects.
• Experience working with Microsoft or a Microsoft Systems Integrator partner.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler ecosystems including AWS and GCP.
• Broad understanding of enterprise cloud technologies and customer business priorities.
• Strong ability to position Microsoft cloud solutions strategically.
• Comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation.
Nice-to-have:
• Microsoft certifications across Azure, Security, AI, or Microsoft 365.
• Experience with AI, Data, Applications, Microsoft Security, and Modern Workplace solutions.
