They are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional leadership capabilities, alongside a deep understanding of CRM solutions and market dynamics.
Your new role
- Accelerate business expansion by managing the complete sales lifecycle for CRM solutions-from initial outreach to deal closure-while ensuring strategic alignment with organisational goals.
- Cultivate and sustain collaborative partnerships with internal teams, such as R&D, marketing, and product development, to structure and secure intricate, high-value deals.
- Leverage deep expertise in CRM market dynamics, evolving customer expectations, and competitive insights to strategically position offerings and uncover growth opportunities.
- Craft customised, impact-driven proposals that directly address client challenges, deliver significant value, and nurture enduring customer relationships.
- Engage and build trust with C-suite leaders and influential stakeholders, uncovering CRM requirements and delivering personalised solutions that support their strategic priorities.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Extensive experience in overseeing CRM or SaaS initiatives for large-scale organisations across specialised sectors, ensuring impactful solution delivery and alignment with industry-specific needs.
- Proficient in leading CRM platforms, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics, with practical expertise in leveraging their capabilities to drive business success.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in CRM or relevant SaaS business development or sales, with an installed base or track record of success, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer challenges, and industry trends.
- Proven ability in both direct and channel sales, with a consistent track record of closing complex, high-value transactions across varied markets.
- Skilled in leading high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering alignment and collaboration amongst internal stakeholders to achieve and surpass commercial objectives.
