Your new role
- Work closely with the CEO and other cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Personal Assistant for the CEO.
- Opportunity to travel to China alongside the CEO depending on business needs.
- Engage with hospitals across Malaysia, with the added advantage of having experience dealing with hospital groups.
- Be part of a company that values speed, collaboration, and innovation.
- Develop and manage relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and procurement teams.
- Drive sales of a wide portfolio of medical devices across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven business development/sales experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions.
- Strong network within hospital and decision-making units; experience with hospital groups is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experienced Personal Assistant
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Ability to thrive in a super fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Being able to read and write Mandarin is an added advantage.
