Roles & Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, qualify, and close new cyber security business opportunities across Malaysia.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with annual revenue targets.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, customer engagement, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans for enterprise, regulated, and key customers.
2. Customer & Executive Engagement
- Engage with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Risk & Compliance leaders, and senior management stakeholders.
- Assess customer security posture, regulatory obligations, and business challenges.
- Position cyber security solutions as risk-mitigation and business-enablement initiatives.
3. Cyber Security Solutions & Market Focus
- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design tailored cyber security solutions.
- Promote and support key offerings, including:
- Managed Security Services (SOC, SIEM, SOAR)
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Network, Endpoint & Zero Trust Security
- Risk, Compliance & Governance
- Incident Response & Threat Management
4. Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
- Stay updated on local cyber security regulations and frameworks, including:
- Malaysia PDPA 2010
- Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) RMiT
- ISO 27001 / NIST standards
- Bursa Malaysia and industry compliance requirements
