Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based iin Wisma AIA, Straits Quay. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and managing the sales process. They are trained to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Excellent Communication, able to do Fact-finding and identify needs
• Ability to prepare proposals and present and do closing
• Goal oriented, committed and accountable
• Believe in Insurance and understand how the products benefits can help solve clients problems and concerns.
