Business Development Manager (EPC, Data Center and New Energy)

- You develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with major accounts in the targeted sectors.
- You serve as the primary point of contact for customers, leading both technical and commercial negotiations.
- You build account plans and sales strategies based on a deep understanding of customer stakeholders, strategies, and processes.
- You identify and qualify new business opportunities early, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- You drive growth initiatives, including pipeline management, forecasting, and long-term demand planning.
- You support market intelligence processes and actively contribute to regional business development strategies.
- You ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- You represent Reinhausen's core values of integrity, safety, and customer-centricity in all engagements.
What you bring to the table:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field would be a strong advantage.
- You bring at least 10 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or similar roles.
- You have a proven track record of managing relationships with Data Center operators, EPCs, consultants, and renewable energy stakeholders.
- You possess a solid understanding of electrical infrastructure and emerging energy applications.
- You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
- You can work independently, prioritize effectively, and are willing to travel across APAC as needed.
