Job Description

Role: ERP Sales & Business Development Specialist (Consultant to Manager Level)

Location: Puchong, Selangor (On-Site)

The Opportunity: Scale With Us. We are a rapidly expanding technology powerhouse providing end-to-end ERP solutions for the Retail, Distribution, and F&B sectors. We are currently dominating the local market and gearing up for international expansion to the Philippines in 2026.

We are looking for aggressive Hunters and consultative problem solvers. Whether you are a seasoned Business Development Manager or a rising Consultant, if you understand business process flows and want to earn based on your performance, we want to talk to you.

What You Will Do:

  • Hunt & Close: Proactively identify new business opportunities in target markets (Retail, F&B, Supply Chain) via networking and lead gen.

  • Consult & Solve: Don't just sell software; sell value. Map client pain points (inventory, accounting, supply chain) to our ERP solution.

  • Showcase: Conduct high-impact system demos to business owners and decision-makers.

  • Own the Cycle: Manage the full 360 sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

  • The Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in B2B sales.

  • The Knowledge:

    • Proven experience selling ERP software

    • Experience with POS, SaaS, or Retail Technology

    • Background in Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain with a strong desire to pivot into Tech Sales.

  • The Skills:

    • Mandarin Speaker: Essential for dealing with our core client base and stakeholders.

    • Process Minded: You must understand how a business flows (Finance & Supply Chain) to sell the solution effectively.

    • Resilient: You are comfortable with pure hunting targets and can work independently.
