Role Overview

We are seeking driven and professional individuals to join us as Business Development & Corporate Risk Management Executives.

This role combines client advisory, financial planning, and business development, with a structured pathway into leadership and team management.

You will work closely with individuals, families, and business owners to design comprehensive financial strategies aligned with their life and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients (individuals and SMEs)
  • Assess financial positions and identify protection and planning gaps
  • Develop and present tailored strategies across:
  • Risk management and income protection
  • Education fund planning
  • Retirement income planning
  • Conduct regular financial reviews and portfolio updates
  • Support clients in making informed financial decisions
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and market outreach
  • Progressively take on team development and leadership responsibilities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional mindset with a client-first approach
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Interest in financial planning, advisory, and long-term client engagement
  • Demonstrated leadership potential or willingness to grow into a leadership role
  • Fresh graduates with strong learning agility are encouraged to apply
