Job Description

We are a premier, globally recognized leader in the logistics and supply chain sector. Known for a uniquely flat, agile, and entrepreneurial culture, we move faster than bureaucratic competitors. Backed by state-of-the-art proprietary technology and a massive global footprint, we specialize in solving the most complex supply chain challenges on the planet.

The Opportunity

We are looking for heavy-hitting Business Development Managers to drive growth across two of our core pillars: end-to-end Freight Forwarding and regional Contract Logistics.

Whether your superpower is hunting high-velocity freight deals or architecting multi-year warehousing and distribution contracts, this is your platform to build, pitch, and close. You won't just be selling a service; you will be acting as a strategic supply chain partner to C-level executives and global logistics leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Hunt: Identify, qualify, and aggressively pursue new business opportunities across warehousing, distribution, value-added services (VAS), and global freight.

  • Architect Solutions: Work hand-in-hand with Solution Design, Operations, and Tech teams to build tailored, profitable logistics frameworks that solve your clients biggest headaches.

  • Manage the Full Cycle: Drive the process from the first cold outreach and lead generation to complex RFP/RFQ responses, facility tours, negotiations, and the final handshake.

  • Build the Pipeline: Maintain a highly robust, multi-layered sales pipeline that consistently meets and exceeds gross profit and revenue targets.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • The Experience: 5+ years of pure B2B sales or commercial experience within the 3PL, freight forwarding, or contract logistics space.

  • The Track Record: A documented history of winning new, profitable business—whether that means closing high-volume freight lanes or locking in complex, multi-year warehouse contracts.

  • The Knowledge: A deep, functional understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain cost drivers, inventory management, and global distribution networks.

  • The Polish: Exceptional executive presence. You are just as comfortable walking a warehouse floor as you are pitching a multi-million dollar supply chain transformation in a corporate boardroom.

Benefits

Why Make the Move
This is a rare chance to join a privately-held powerhouse that rewards agility and pure performance. You will be backed by a world-class operations team that can actually deliver on the promises you sell, highly competitive, uncapped earning potential, and the runway to build a massive book of business.
