Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – ProAV

Location: Malaysia (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

A global leader in LED display and professional AV solutions, with strong manufacturing and R&D capabilities, serving worldwide commercial, government, and enterprise customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional and customer sales targets; independently develop new system integrator customers to expand product coverage and market share.
  • Formulate customer development strategies for assigned territory and build long-term strategic partnership frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain channel partner relationships; secure approved vendor status and ensure products are specified in projects.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, product updates, and key customer information to maintain strong engagement.
  • Possess direct-view LED knowledge and hands-on experience to support product demonstrations and project evaluations.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the LED or ProAV industry.
  3. Fluent in Mandarin (MANDATORY), plus working proficiency in English and Malay.
  4. Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with end-user projects
  • Strong exposure and network in both integrator and end-user communities
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently remotely

岗位职责

  1. 完成区域及客户销售目标,独立开发集成商客户,提升产品覆盖与市场份额。
  2. 制定区域客户开发策略,构建长期战略合作体系。
  3. 拓展并维护渠道伙伴,推动品牌进入供应商名录,成为项目优先指定品牌。
  4. 持续跟进重点客户动态,同步产品、方案及行业信息。
  5. 具备直显 LED 相关经验,可支持项目演示与方案支持。

任职要求

  1. 本科及以上学历
  2. 拥有 LED 行业 或 ProAV 专业视听行业 销售 / 项目管理相关经验,3 年及以上
  3. 具备良好商务沟通、渠道拓展与客户关系维护能力。
  4. 语言:中文流利必备,英语、马来语可工作使用。
  5. 优先条件:
  • 有政企项目、终端大客户资源与经验
  • 同时具备集成商渠道与终端客户渗透能力
