Your Role In Our Team
- Creation of analysis desks, presentations in PPT as decision basis for the management.
- Continued market / customer / competition surveys to identify market trends such as PESTEL and provide them to relevant stakeholders.
- Generation of strategic initiatives/concepts supporting the regional sales in line with corporate strategic goals to ensure countable business success.
- Identify and develop new business fields to grow business with existing markets/customers and new areas of business.
- Support the top management during strategic business planning.
- Keep internal departments updated about strategic initiatives, e.g. product marketing, corporate communications.
- Steering international teams are also cross-business units for strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and moderate workshops with different stakeholders.
- Drive new partnerships with external companies for local R&D, local sourcing. Support the implementation of strategic software tools, e.g. SalesForce.
Your Profile
- Master's in engineering, MBA or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience in business strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, business development, or management consulting in the fields of marketing and fast-moving consumer goods.
- Proficient in business‑level English (written and spoken).
- MS Office experienced.
- Strong capability in market analysis, business case modelling, strategic frameworks, and financial analysis (NPV, margin modelling, pricing).
- Knowledge level in the field of marketing digital products.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and executing strategic initiatives that delivered measurable commercial outcomes.
- Experienced Business strategy consulting
- Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects across level, countries and functions.
- Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders across cultures.
