Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Fintech and HR Tech markets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build a strong pipeline of enterprise and SME clients
  • Establish and manage partnerships with:
  • Financial institutions (banks, payment providers)
  • HR service providers (payroll, recruitment platforms)
  • Technology partners and system integrators
  • Structure and negotiate commercial agreements that drive mutual growth
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide insights to product and leadership teams to refine offerings
  • Identify new verticals and go-to-market strategies
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Understand client pain points and align solutions accordingly
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies
  • Support product positioning and go-to-market initiatives
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, or related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
  • Proven track record in Fintech, HR Tech, SaaS, or B2B technology solutions
  • Experience selling to enterprise and/or SME clients
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Digital payments, lending, or financial platforms (Fintech)
  • Payroll systems, HRMS, or workforce tech (HR Tech)
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong network within financial services or HR ecosystem (preferred)
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Data-driven mindset with CRM experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in API-based solutions or platform integrations
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in Fintech/HR Tech
  • Regional (ASEAN) market exposure
